The impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic is spreading across the world and impacting all types of organisations and their employees. Unfortunately, cyber criminals are taking advantage of this situation by distributing emails with malicious attachments or links to fraudulent websites.

With the spread of COVID-19, increased demands for information technology (IT) support services are occurring across nearly all industries to work remotely from their homes to reduce the spread of the virus.
